What has become a Paton Thanksgiving tradition – the Paton Gobble Gobble Run – will have its fifth edition Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 26, starting at 8:30 am at the Loren Shriver Community Building in Paton.
The registration fee is three canned items per runner, with all items being donated to the Action Resource Center (ARC) food pantry. Runners who register by Nov. 8 at getmeregistered.com can order a T-shirt at an additional $15 charge.
One overall winner and the prediction winner will take home pumpkin pies. In the prediction race, the winner is the runner who most accurately guesses his or her time for the course. No watches are allowed.
